COVID-19 Notice

Yes, We’re Open!

We’re dedicated to helping you receive the dental care that you need during this time of global crisis. We are currently following all ADA guidelines, which states that all non-urgent dental treatment must be deferred at this time—this includes routine check=ups as well as cosmetic appointments.

However, we are still operational for emergency dental care and other services including abscesses, infections, facial swelling, broken or chipped teeth and toothaches. It is our goal that as we’re able to help with these cases, we can shift burden away from our medical and hospital colleagues.

To ensure your care is safe and sanitary, rest assured that we’ve adopted additional policies and precautions to go above and beyond our infection control standards. Hand sanitiser is readily available in the practice.

  • None of our staff has been overseas in the past two months
  • We will not see you if we’re feeling ill
  • We continue to follow updated and changing ADA guidelines as well as guidelines put forth by WHO
  • Our practice is QIP accredited, which means we’ve obtained the highest level of infection control possible.

Patients, we’re asking the same of you:

  • Please let us know if you have travelled in the past two weeks before your visit
  • Please let us know if you’re currently experiencing any flu like symptoms before you come into our practice

We look forward to seeing you in the practice, and want you to know that together, we will get through this. If you need our assistance, we’re just a phone call away.
